Farmer Foggy promises to bring all the fun and excitement of the farm into your living room – but without the mud and the smells

This series of DVD’s starring the friendly Farmer Foggy, a lovable 3d character who has become a firm favourite in our house, is fun and educational. As Foggy zooms around on his cool quad bike he introduces you and your children to all the lovely farm animals and tells you all about the fascinating machines found on a working farm. We are shown how fruit and vegetables are grown and Farmer Foggy tells us what happens to food after it has been harvested.

Each DVD has a slightly different theme but each one has a specially written song with an added sing along feature. Farmer Foggy’s best friend Toot the Tractor brings along his games trailer packed to the brim with educational games. We particularly enjoyed the interactive parts of the DVD’s and it has really helped with learning colours and numbers while having lots of fun.

We particularly liked the way that Farmer Foggy gently raises awareness of countryside and food production. We found out how bread was made, what combine harvesters actually do and why horses wear shoes. A particular favourite part for us was the equine dentist and everyone we meet now is told all about the dentist putting his whole arm in the horses mouth!

Farmer Foggy gets a full approval from the review team at Kideeko, a five star series for your children. Not only was it enjoyable for the little people but we enjoyed the stories too – and we have to admit we learnt some farm facts! Our only complaint is that we want some more stories and one important question - Does Farmer Foggy have a wife?
